About the role
- Provide support for clients’ employees with HR procedures and employment benefits via phone, webchat, and other channels
- Handle queries about salary and pay-slips, onboarding, holiday/leave allocation, overtime, and other HR topics
- Explain how to use online HR systems
- Investigate more complex cases
- Participate in extensive ongoing training program
- Work as part of an international team in Kraków office
Requirements
- Excellent English: C1 minimum
- Excellent Italian: C1 minimum
- Adaptability and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus, but not required
- Applicants must have work authorization in the Employing Country (no visa sponsorship)
