About the role

  • Manage and grow a sales pipeline
  • Strategic prospecting into key accounts and verticals
  • Communicate transparently both internally and externally
  • Ensure customer satisfaction regardless of deal size
  • Collaborate across teams to focus customer-facing efforts
  • Build compelling demonstrations and sales materials
  • Support regional partner activity (SIs and ISVs)
  • Support regional marketing activity (events, conferences, webinars)

Requirements

  • Specific focus/experience in selling in the nordics
  • 4+ years of experience in a closing role (esp. in B2B tech sales)
  • At least 2 years in a similar ENT AE role
  • Natural understanding of the sales process
  • Multi-tasker who can adapt to changing situations
  • Willingness to speak at events/conferences
  • Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure)
  • Nice to have: SaaS sales experience
  • Nice to have: Experience at a startup
  • Nice to have: Proficiency with Salesforce
