• Organization and execution of our nationwide festival tour across Germany with the legendary Bloomwell bus
• Recruiting and coordination of approx. 8–10 promoters per event – working students, mini-job employees and freelancers
• Planning, execution and evaluation of patient events in Frankfurt or at our partner pharmacies
• Close, collaborative work within the Bloomwell marketing team and with our agency partner Styleheads (supported by the production team)
• Responsibility for timing, logistics, guest experience and experience KPIs

• Analyse und Strukturierung operativer Prozesse und Umsetzung konkreter Optimierungen
• Unterstützung bei Projekten im Bereich Expansion, Supply Chain und Apotheken-Management
• Mitarbeit an interdisziplinären Schnittstellen (Marketing, Tech, Legal, Customer Care)
• Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands – nach Bedarf, nicht dauerhaft

Recruitment

• Unterstützung bei administrativen HR-Aufgaben: Vertragserstellung, Dokumentenmanagement, Stammdatenpflege
• On- & Offboarding: Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender und Organisation des Offboarding-Prozesses
• Mitgestaltung von Company Culture & Engagement: Events, Team-Aktivitäten, interne Initiativen
• Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende bei HR-relevanten Fragen
• Recruiting Support: Bewerbermanagement, Terminplanung, Kommunikation mit Kandidat:innen
• enge Absprache mit weiteren Arbeitsbereichen sowie direkte Berichtserstattung an das Management (C-Level + Gründer)
