- Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of payroll and salary accounting

Requirements
- Experience in a comparable HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and payroll
- Independent, structured and detail-oriented working style
- Empathy, discretion and an open ear for employee concerns
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to support recruiting activities as needed
- Autonomous work with significant room for initiative
- Flat hierarchies and close collaboration with other departments
