About the role
- Growth-hacker style Senior Acquisition & Ecommerce Specialist role to drive revenue growth
- Lead performance digital media and eCommerce strategies for AlgaeCal, a clinically-backed bone-health supplement company
- Optimize funnels, landing pages, shopping carts, AOV, and ROAS through testing and data-driven decisions
- Create and integrate cross-channel full-funnel marketing campaigns (paid social, paid search, paid display, paid video, affiliates/influencers, direct mail)
- Manage media budgets, mentor junior marketers, and identify/fix revenue leakage
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience driving revenue via Performance Digital Media in an eCommerce environment
- Proven track record improving conversion rates, CPAs, ROAS, optimized design, and basket building
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strategic, data-driven decision-making and proven experience capturing target audiences
- Experience increasing conversion rates of landing pages, websites, and shopping carts
- Direct response experience building, testing, and optimizing dozens of landing pages and A/B tests
- Results-driven approach to managing paid media budgets and allocating resources for ROI
- Experience with full-funnel marketing: paid social, paid search, paid display, paid video, affiliates/influencers, direct mail
- Strong eCommerce skills (heatmaps, A/B testing, search: Quality Score, bidding, Customer Match, click-to-call)
- Experience increasing AOV through upsells, cross-sells, and checkout optimization
- Ability to detect and fix revenue leakage (coupon abuse, checkout friction, poorly timed popups)
- Knowledge of AdTech, remarketing strategies, attribution, and the U.S. digital landscape
- Leadership and mentorship experience (bonus)
- UI/UX understanding (bonus)
- Experience in supplements or health (bonus)
