About the role
- Manage and oversee end to end digital processes from account creation, purchase to post-sale
- Own ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion , average order value (AOV), repeat purchase rate, and average annual spend
- Develop and execute strategies to: Increase conversion and average order value Launch and manage cross-sell and upsell campaigns
- Collaborate with teams such as marketing and development teams to enhance the customer journey and optimize onsite experience.
- Manage integrations with Salesforce, Magento, Klaviyo, and other ecommerce tools to improve efficiency and performance tracking.
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present ecommerce performance reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce management (B2B or B2C)
- Proven ability to grow online revenue through conversion optimization, AOV lifts, and retention programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using ecommerce analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development resources.
- Experience with Magento, Salesforce, and Klaviyo is an asset.
