• Oversee all day-to-day operations across multiple brine manufacturing facilities within the assigned territory
• Lead and develop Regional Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals, KPIs, and operational standards
• Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across all locations
• Standardize processes across facilities to ensure consistency in production, quality, and delivery
• Ensure all facilities meet production targets and maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Oversee raw material sourcing, storage, and usage to optimize cost and efficiency
• Implement forecasting and production planning based on seasonal demand and customer commitments
• Monitor and improve overall performance
• Oversee delivery operations including bulk transport, route optimization, and fleet utilization
• Ensure on-time, accurate delivery of product to customers across the territory
• Partner with logistics teams to scale delivery capabilities as the business grows
• Optimize cost per gallon delivered while maintaining service quality
• Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and customer expectations
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all facilities and operations
• Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct regular audits of facilities, processes, and outputs
• Own the operational P&L for the territory, including cost management and margin optimization
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost, increase efficiency, and improve profitability
• Manage budgets for labor, materials, transportation, and capital expenditures
