About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with directing and oversight of day-to-day operations across multiple production facilities, warehouses, and distribution locations within assigned states or territories.
Ensure all regional operations consistently meet production, quality, safety, and customer service expectations.
In collaboration with the Director of Operations, develop operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.
Monitor regional performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage multiple production shops and storage facilities. Ensure facilities remain organized, compliant, and operate efficiently.
Conduct regular site visits and operational audits. Coordinate facility maintenance and capital improvement projects.
Recruit, develop, coach, and supervise Site Supervisors, Site Laborers, CDL Drivers, and other regional personnel.
Ensure all Ice Solutions products are produced according to established quality standards and product specifications.
Assist in the oversight of regional fleet operations, including trucks, trailers, tanks, forklifts, production equipment, and support vehicles.
Promote a safety-first culture throughout all regional operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a relevant field, such as Project Management.
Computer skills: Ability to quickly learn new database programs.
Proficient in navigating communication platforms (such as GPS Mobile Applications, etc.).
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Samsara, and Paylocity.
