• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to understand project briefs and client objectives.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content tailored for various social media platforms, incorporating local trends, memes, and cultural nuances.
• Proactively contribute creative ideas and solutions, pushing the boundaries of visual communication.
• Incorporate feedback based on data and performance metrics to refine and optimize designs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, social media best practices, and the evolving digital landscape in Korea.
• Assist the Creative Strategist in client-facing interactions when needed, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Acquire new clients for Microsoft Advertising
• Provide excellent client service across prospecting, pitching, proposals, account set-up, optimization, troubleshooting, analysis, and reporting
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, develop trust relationships and pitch new solutions or improvements
• Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams
• Solve any issues faced by clients
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
