Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to understand project briefs and client objectives.
Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content tailored for various social media platforms, incorporating local trends, memes, and cultural nuances.
Proactively contribute creative ideas and solutions, pushing the boundaries of visual communication.
Incorporate feedback based on data and performance metrics to refine and optimize designs.
Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, social media best practices, and the evolving digital landscape in Korea.
Assist the Creative Strategist in client-facing interactions when needed, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
Requirements
At least 1 year of directly relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience gained through multiple projects.
Proven experience as a Creative Designer, preferably within an agency or production studio environment.
Deep understanding and genuine passion for Korean trends, memes, pop culture, and cultural nuances.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across various social media platforms.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Ability to proactively express creativity while being open to constructive feedback and data-driven adjustments.

Full professional fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
