Support strategic initiatives for the Chief Technology Officer and facilitate CTO effectiveness
Help define strategic projects, support critical programs, and interface with teams across the company
Execute the overall mandate of the Technology department and support cross-functional strategic work
Plan, organize and arrange processes to drive key outcomes; initiate and plan projects leveraging sound project management principles and hand off for execution
Serve as a thought partner to the CTO on identifying emerging issues and priorities for the Company
Support the CTO on governance and planning for team and cross-functional meetings
Support P&T roadmap, deployment and overall status to the broader company
Work with owners across product, tech and business teams to plan, execute, de-risk and communicate work in support of critical programs
Act as the team’s main contact to Aledade corporate planning group, shaping communications about roadmaps, status, risk and tradeoffs
Coordinate activities to support employee engagement, development, training and events
Define and maintain operational policies (e.g., travel, reward programs, training) and coordinate Product & Tech combined meetings, communications, and policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent Master’s degree strongly preferred
Experience in a chief of staff, client service or related role
12+ years of professional experience within a large team
Experience with tech/digital organizations (preferred)
Proven track record of successfully managing projects and interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders (preferred)
Experience working in a company operational function (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a superb attention to detail
Project management process knowledge; PMP or LEAN certification preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to operate independently and understand business context and priorities
Relevant competencies include developing and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships, project management, and effective written and verbal communication
Must be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Competency with data manipulation and presentation
