Acting as a blend of Product, Sales and Operations, the eLearning Manager will oversee customer adoption, support business account set-up within Docebo, monitor performance metrics, gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to expand the offering.****
Requirements
- The role requires experience working within eLearning, digital products, SaaS, or online platform environments, with a proven ability to drive customer engagement and support revenue growth. You’ll bring strong analytical skills and confidence in monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, along with hands‑on experience using or administering an LMS. A commercially minded approach and the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities are also essential.
