About the role

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and communication goals.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community to build brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Assist in public relations activities such as drafting press releases, organizing press conferences, and coordinating media interviews.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media and PR campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize future strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative teams, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and media contacts to expand reach and impact.
  • Support crisis communication efforts and help manage any negative news or publicity.
  • Social media content creation, scheduling, publication, and community engagement across all relevant channels.
  • Public relations support including media outreach, event coordination, and PR material preparation.
  • Performance measurement and campaign reporting to inform strategic adjustments and enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align PR and social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content writing, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent written proficiency in French and English.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for different target audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and proficiency with SEO or analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools.
  • Autonomy, rigor, creativity, and storytelling skills.
  • Bilingual
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience with a CMS (such as HubSpot).
