• Review and analyze construction plans, specifications, addenda, and related documentation to understand project scope and requirements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for Building Management Systems, including materials, labor, subcontractor services, and equipment.
• Perform takeoffs from drawings and identify all control devices, wiring, panels, and associated components required for system installation.
• Create preliminary layout and system design concepts to ensure proposed solutions meet project and client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to support bid strategies, clarify scope, and provide technical input during the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver clear, comprehensive technical and commercial proposals outlining scope of work, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure estimates are accurate, achievable, and aligned with execution capabilities.
• Analyze historical data, productivity metrics, and vendor quotes to refine cost models and improve estimating accuracy.
• Evaluate and pre-qualify new opportunities to ensure alignment with business goals and profitability targets.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and technical reviews as needed to gather relevant information for accurate estimating.
• Participate in internal sales meetings and training seminars to stay current on product offerings, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all bids and estimates within the company’s CRM system, tracking progress and forecasting opportunities.

BMS Estimator

Account Executive

• Develop and maintain relationships with end users, design/build contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, large owner accounts, and ESCOs.
• Assist consulting engineers with the design and specifications of control system applications.
• Capable of estimating material, labor and subcontractor costs for control system applications per plans/specifications.
• Partner with Operations Department to make sure projects are completed timely, within budget, and with high level of customer satisfaction.
• Capable of preparing technical scope of work proposals and presentations to consulting engineers which communicate our value proposition.
• Set meetings with customers, identify opportunities, sell Albireo Energy’s capabilities.
• Negotiate final pricing and scope of work with contractors and end users.
• Provide Sales leadership for ongoing new installations, service and maintenance products.
• Attend sales meetings and training seminars.
• Team sell with other sales executives.
• Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.

Project Manager

• Lead all phases of project execution from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
• Serve as the single point of contact for owners, developers, general contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and resource strategies.
• Manage project schedules, critical path milestones, commissioning activities, and turnover requirements.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, contractual obligations, and change management processes.
• Provide executive oversight of subcontractors, vendors, commissioning agents, and internal project teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Albireo Energy project delivery standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and performance management.
• Support business development and preconstruction efforts through technical reviews, estimates, and project planning.
• Lead regular executive-level project reviews and ensure successful project acceptance and warranty transition.

Executive Project Manager – Data Centers

Software Engineer

• In addition to the responsibilities below, the Programmer will be responsible for the overall success of software design, database creation, and the implementation of procedures and standards used in the programming of controls projects.
• As key member of the Albireo team, the Programmer will be responsible for developing unit controller programming and designing interface graphics of building automation systems to include, but not limited to:
• Review of project specifications, drawings and project specific documents to establish project intent.
• Breakdown scope of work into manageable segments and post to Project Manager for scheduling.
• Attend or receive meeting minutes from graphics review meetings with customers.
• Posting project programming specific “Request for Information” (RFI) documentation to System Engineer, Project Manager and Engineering Manager.
• Follow sequence of operations as required by project documents and engineered sequence of operations, utilizing established standards and libraries.
• Assist in startup and commissioning of large systems, such as AHUs, chiller plants, or other utilities systems. Includes installation/configuration of workstations, servers, and network.
• Work independently or be part of small collaborative teams.
• Work with field technicians to troubleshoot and take corrective action to software issues.
• Troubleshoot and correct BMS integration issues.

BMS Programmer

• A Strong Sales background with proven control sales record
• A systematic approach for developing and maintaining relationships with owner/end users, large owner accounts, general contractors, design/build contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and ESCOs.
• Expanding relationships with established consulting engineers
• Set meetings with customers, identify opportunities, sell Albireo Energy’s capabilities.
• Prepare technical scope of work proposals and presentations to consulting engineers which communicate our value proposition.
• Working knowledge of the estimating process including the ability to estimate material, labor and subcontractor costs for control system applications and guide an estimating team through an assigned project and work with them in a team setting to review and edit estimates.
• Negotiate final pricing and scope of work with contractors and end users.
• Partner with our Operations Department to review estimates and turn over projects
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner, within budget.
• Provide sales support for ongoing new installations.
• Engage with the end user to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
