• Develop and configure control logic using Rockwell Automation PLCs

Programmer, HMI Developer – BMS, EPMS, Controls

• In addition to the responsibilities below, the Programmer will be responsible for the overall success of software design, database creation, and the implementation of procedures and standards used in the programming of controls projects.
• As key member of the Albireo team, the Programmer will be responsible for developing unit controller programming and designing interface graphics of building automation systems to include, but not limited to:
• Review of project specifications, drawings and project specific documents to establish project intent.
• Breakdown scope of work into manageable segments and post to Project Manager for scheduling.
• Attend or receive meeting minutes from graphics review meetings with customers.
• Posting project programming specific “Request for Information” (RFI) documentation to System Engineer, Project Manager and Engineering Manager.
• Follow sequence of operations as required by project documents and engineered sequence of operations, utilizing established standards and libraries.
• Assist in startup and commissioning of large systems, such as AHUs, chiller plants, or other utilities systems. Includes installation/configuration of workstations, servers, and network.
• Work independently or be part of small collaborative teams.
• Work with field technicians to troubleshoot and take corrective action to software issues.
• Troubleshoot and correct BMS integration issues.

BMS Programmer

Account Executive

• Develop and maintain relationships with direct owners, design/build contractors, consulting engineers, and ESCOs.
• Drive project development, partnering with the Estimating Team and Operations Team, and leading customer and sales success.
• Serve Engineering Consultants by leading Lunch ‘n Learns and assisting with design/specification development.
• Identify and pursue strategic prospects, developing opportunities where Albireo Energy is a good fit to cater to their needs.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of work with contractors and direct owners.
• Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and an accurate forecast in CRM.
• Attend Sales Meetings and trainings.

Sales Account Executive

Mechanical Engineer

• Read and interpret customer specification packages to determine design factors such as size, shape, construction materials, functionality, etc.
• Work with the engineering team to create Mechanical and Electrical System models.
• Develop layouts, detailed design drawings, and diagrams for Mechanical and Electrical Systems (consisting of enclosures, conduit, cabling, onelines, building layouts, etc.).
• Draft detailed multi-view drawings of parts, sub-assemblies, and installation details.
• Assure the accuracy and completeness of all drawings, BOMs, files, engineering records, and tasks of assigned projects.
• Ensure all purchased parts are correctly modeled for efficient assembly of electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate equipment manufacturer submittals for connection details and compatibility with design requirements.
• Analyze designs and systems for compliance to applicable standards (i.e. OSHA, CE or customer specific).
• Review drawings for accuracy, material selection, proper machining techniques, finishes, hardness, etc.
• Communicates all requested design changes to their Engineering Group Leader.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
• Adhere to all procedures pertaining to the job responsibilities.
• Responsible for communicating progress on tasks to project engineer or manager.
• Will periodically supervise the system design effort on a project level delegating tasks to a team of people.
• Organize documentation, including quotes, drawing registers, correspondence, requisitions, drawings, schedules, etc. on projects you are supervising.
• Review electrical requirements with respect to input and output devises with electrical designers.
• Review machine operations and machine sequences with programmers.
• Assist the fabricators, machinists, toolmaker and electricians in the debug, integration resolving problems and completion of systems.
• Determines tools, fixtures and equipment to be used in fabrication and assembly of mechanical components and complete assemblies.
• Select appropriate purchase component for system assemblies and create requisitions with appropriate delivery dates.

Design Engineer

• Developing PLC logic design and programming based on control narratives, sequences of operation, and project requirements.
• Designing HMI/SCADA system architecture, graphics, and standards.
• Creating and reviewing detailed electrical control schematics and panel designs.
• Preparing design documentation including I/O lists, network architectures, control narratives, and bill of materials.
• Supporting field activities such as commissioning, functional testing, and design validation.
• Integrating systems using a wide variety of serial and Ethernet-based industrial communication protocols.
• Leading and/or supporting Factory Acceptance Testing and design reviews.
• Supporting proposal development, including reviewing plans, specifications, and scope documents.
• Presenting technical designs and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Preparing technical reports, and design deliverables.

Senior Controls Design Engineer

• Develop and maintain relationships with end users, design/build contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, large owner accounts, and ESCOs.
• Assist consulting engineers with the design and specifications of control system applications.
• Capable of estimating material, labor and subcontractor costs for control system applications per plans/specifications.
• Partner with Operations Department to make sure projects are completed timely, within budget, and with high level of customer satisfaction.
• Capable of preparing technical scope of work proposals and presentations to consulting engineers which communicate our value proposition.
• Set meetings with customers, identify opportunities, sell Albireo Energy’s capabilities.
• Negotiate final pricing and scope of work with contractors and end users.
• Provide Sales leadership for ongoing new installations, service and maintenance products.
• Attend sales meetings and training seminars.
• Team sells with other sales executives.
• Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.

Sales Account Executive – HVAC Controls

IT Support

• IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.
• Support of disaster recovery solutions.
• Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Basic remote access solution implementation and support.
• Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through JIRA service tickets.
• System documentation maintenance and review in JIRA Confluence.
• Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
• Assist in the IT procurement process for items like software subscriptions, licenses and hardware.
• Manage and track software licenses and perform license management where required.

• Complex Solution Selling: Lead solution-based sales cycles involving integrated BMS, EPMS, and SCADA platforms tailored for mission-critical environments including construction methodology
• Sustainability Trends: Advise clients on energy efficiency, sustainability, and compliance initiatives leveraging advanced monitoring and analytics
• Metrics & Performance: Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities using BMS with DDC products, SCADA using PLC products, and EPMS solutions for data center projects while maintaining margin objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing business with Data Center developers while leveraging and building relationships with general contractors and consulting engineers.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers at all client types critical to our success.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to craft value-driven proposals and ensure successful project execution while managing risk.
• Lead the support teams in building technical scopes of work, estimates, and proposals that clearly communicate the Albireo Energy’s value proposition.
• Support consulting engineers with system design and control specifications during the pre-construction and design phases.
• Review and approve the estimate of material, labor, and subcontractor costs for automation/control system applications based on plans and specifications.
• Lead customer meetings, technical webinars, client workshops to showcase emerging technologies and methods, attend industry trade shows and conferences, and represent Albireo Energy at networking events.
• Travel 25- 50% to develop business, support customers, and maintain a strong market presence.
• Account Management: Own the relationship with the end user by:
• Negotiating price and contract terms with contractors, consultants, and end users to secure profitable projects.
• Acting as the sales lead for ongoing installations, service contracts, and maintenance offerings.
• Partnering with internal operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Regularly update CRM with sales activities, forecasts, and account developments.
• Collaborate with other sales team members on strategic accounts and large pursuits.
