• Developing PLC logic design and programming based on control narratives, sequences of operation, and project requirements.

Senior Controls Design Engineer

Procurement

• Oversee the procurement process and associated workflows, ensuring timely material purchasing. Keep accurate upkeep of management tools.
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers to ensure best quality and cost-effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate negotiations.
• Source and solicit competitive quotes from approved suppliers. Evaluate for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Create purchase orders based on supplier quotations, verifying pricing, quantities and terms while ensuring compliance with organization procurement procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, to reduce costs and optimize departmental performance through data analysis, stakeholder feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Receive, review and process vendor invoices by matching them with corresponding purchase orders. Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments, and ensure timely accurate posting for payment.
• Communication with vendors to maintain up-to-date lead times on all processed orders.

Purchasing Agent

Project Manager

• Prepare monthly invoicing for Solutions customers. Assist with the preparation and distribution of AIA formatted invoices.
• Effectively communicate with Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Accounting regarding contract documents, change orders / other modifications, approvals, and any additional services related to billings.
• Work with Operations and Accounts Receivable to facilitate client collections and cash application.
• Create and process subcontract agreements after receiving the developed subcontract scope of work from the project manager.
• Receive incoming supplier/subcontractor invoices, verify accuracy and readiness to pay with Project Manager, and assist accounting team with processing for payment.
• Enter Prevailing Wage amounts in applicable ERP System and send reports received from payroll department.
• General administrative and office support for Division staff.

Project Coordinator

Engineer

• This position is responsible for coordination of all engineering and field activities related to assigned projects.
• Provide leadership support for assigned projects to the Albireo Energy project team, subcontractors, contractors, and customers.
• Support the Project Manager complete assigned projects on or before the scheduled completion date by coordinating with and facilitating communication.
• Demonstrate comprehension of project specific control sequences and related scope.
• Coordinate and collaborate with BAS application engineers to develop shop drawings, submittals, databases, programs, and graphical interfaces.
• Provide quality assurance of engineering packages prior to submission.
• Understanding of the scope of work, ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Maintain those standards for all scope and the life of the project.
• Proactively communicate technical issues to project managers and more senior level technicians as well as contractors and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to forecast revenues and re-estimate project costs as it relates to project execution.
• Maintain redlines, and coordinate field markups from the project team and submit As-Built documents.
• Coordinate and maintain commissioning requirements for third party commissioning and testing.
• Coordinate and manage the check-out, start-up, and commissioning activities to ensure the system is functional and complete.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, as necessary.
• Look for opportunities and risk to keep the project moving forward.
• Communicate with jobsite personnel from other trades to complete project objectives.
• Complete assigned training as part of the positions career growth plan.
• Complete weekly timecards accurately and timely.

Project Engineer

• Develop and configure control logic using Rockwell Automation PLCs
• Program and support Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) and Power Monitoring Expert (PME)

• Develop applications and integrations using Tridium Niagara (N4)
• Build HMI/SCADA applications using Ignition Perspective and/or Vision

HMI Developer – Programmer, Design Engineer

Software Engineer

Programmer, HMI Developer – BMS, EPMS, Controls

• In addition to the responsibilities below, the Programmer will be responsible for the overall success of software design, database creation, and the implementation of procedures and standards used in the programming of controls projects.
• As key member of the Albireo team, the Programmer will be responsible for developing unit controller programming and designing interface graphics of building automation systems to include, but not limited to:
• Review of project specifications, drawings and project specific documents to establish project intent.
• Breakdown scope of work into manageable segments and post to Project Manager for scheduling.
• Attend or receive meeting minutes from graphics review meetings with customers.
• Posting project programming specific “Request for Information” (RFI) documentation to System Engineer, Project Manager and Engineering Manager.
• Follow sequence of operations as required by project documents and engineered sequence of operations, utilizing established standards and libraries.
• Assist in startup and commissioning of large systems, such as AHUs, chiller plants, or other utilities systems. Includes installation/configuration of workstations, servers, and network.
• Work independently or be part of small collaborative teams.
• Work with field technicians to troubleshoot and take corrective action to software issues.
• Troubleshoot and correct BMS integration issues.
