Security Engineer

• Assist in the International Division and perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent engagement at executive, operational, and technical levels.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand revenue, strengthen relationships, and position Albireo Energy as a preferred partner.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align goals, review performance, and identify new opportunities.

Enterprise Account Manager, Data Centers

Engineer

• Responsible for coordination of all engineering and field activities related to assigned projects, including new construction and renovations.
• Provide leadership support for assigned projects to the Albireo Energy project team, subcontractors, contractors, and customers to maintain high customer satisfaction and positive financial results.
• Role requires travel within the Gambrills MD area.
• Support the Project Manager to complete assigned projects on or before scheduled completion by coordinating with and facilitating communication, including sales to operations turnover, application engineering, programming, and field execution.
• Demonstrate comprehension of project specific control sequences and related scope.
• Coordinate and collaborate with BAS application engineers to develop shop drawings, submittals, databases, programs, and graphical interfaces.
• Provide quality assurance of engineering packages prior to submission and modify packages as necessary before and after submission to customer.
• Understand scope of work; read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Maintain end user standards and requirements for all scope and the life of the project.
• Proactively communicate technical issues to project managers, senior technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.

The Account Executive should have experience in owner direct sales and/or the plan and spec market, preferably in a large organization where they have gained experience and appreciation for a disciplined approach to account management and the competitive bid process.

Pricing Analyst

The Energy Pricing Analyst’s primary responsibility will be to accurately price assigned Power and Gas Market opportunities in a timely manner according to established priorities.
Work closely with the sales team to determine the correct product structure and deliver tailored pricing proposals.
Aid in the implementation of process improvements as well as interact with suppliers by making available necessary information to provide pricing.
Manage a high volume of vendor updates and requests while interacting and communicating with the vendors, suppliers, and internal resources on a frequent basis.
Ensure all Power and Gas deals assigned are priced in a timely manner according to established Sales priorities, product specifications and terms.
Support the sales organization with deal and market analytics.
Manage the proposal setup process amongst the team to ensure accurate volumes (usage, capacity and transmission obligations) are uploaded into the pricing queue for developing forward contract quantities.
Create, schedule and maintain purchase orders and supply details, to confirm accuracy and ensure client requirements are met.
Manage supplier pricing and updates as needed to ensure accuracy.
Accurately book signed and countersigned contract details into the system upon awarding a supplier with a contract.
Track all vendor documents for enrollment and expiration dates; maintain contact with vendors to prevent gaps and ensure timely renewals.
Communicate and troubleshoot issues directly with suppliers.
Maintain Letters of Authorization (LOA) and Tax Exemption forms for suppliers.

Technical Project Manager

• The IT Project Manager is responsible for project management processes and leveraging an integrated toolset to drive standardization, repeatable processes, and consistent behaviors across all projects, including initiation, change management, requirements gathering, weekly status reports, user acceptance testing, and project closure, and building PMO templates.
• Works with the Director of Enterprise Applications and project team to update status reports, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Work with Director of Enterprise Applications and CIO to develop a streamlined IT Portfolio Management process for intake and prioritization of project initiatives, and define a project execution methodology with MVP phases and deliverables within each phase.
• Review project business cases to ensure accurate costs, project estimates and internal labor efforts are identified; present to governing body for approval.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
