- Develop strategies to influence regulatory evolutions and maintain productive relationships with insurance regulators.
Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of insurance law and/or social protection law experience at a top insurance law firm or an international insurance company.
- At least part of your experience should be commercial, you should have in-depth experience negotiating or litigating complex health & disability insurance deals.
- We also value broad experience across insurance regulatory frameworks, including ACPR guidelines, insurance distribution rules, and legal regulations applicable to health and disability insurance contracts.
- Bonus - experience on international markets and drafting in English.
- Bonus - experience at regulatory authority would be a plus.
- Fluency in French and in professional English (written and spoken).
