About the role

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive you will target and close strategic prospects (companies with 200 to 10,000 employees).
  • You will drive deals, manage key customer relationships, and help close strategic opportunities with prospects.
  • You are responsible for educating prospects, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and onboarding key stakeholders as they transition from prospects to customers.
  • Understand, embrace, and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to make the prospect experience pleasant, informative, and delightful.
  • Challenge internal teams to improve products, processes, and strategy to grow the customer base.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record selling to large and enterprise organizations (200+ employees) with an understanding of how they operate.
  • Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Dutch language skills are a strong plus and will enable coverage of both linguistic regions in Belgium.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and execution skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems.
  • Ability to thrive and collaborate in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn quickly and make an impact from day one.
  • Familiarity with Belgian business culture and the ability to navigate both formal and relationship-driven sales approaches.
