About the role
- Develop, refine, and maintain forecasting models to predict sales performance, revenue trends, and other key business metrics.
- Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, provide insights, and inform strategic decision-making within the commercial organization.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports that present data clearly for stakeholders across the organization.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation plans that align with strategic goals.
- Monitor the effectiveness of compensation plans and provide data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
- Design, implement, and maintain leaderboards and performance tracking systems to highlight achievements.
- Work closely with sales leaders, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to align business objectives with data-driven insights.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance BI processes, tools, and methodologies for improved reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and managing forecasting models, compensation plans, and performance management systems.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
- Advanced degree or certification in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data clearly and concisely.
