About the role
- Support operational oversight of departmental functions within the Technology Vendor Management Office (VMO)
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance with quality standards and managing exit processes
- Assist in reviewing and maintaining vendor contracts and VMR intake forms
- Monitor cross-organizational dependencies and update project tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sourcing, finance, legal, and operations to support business needs
- Support vendor audits, SLA reporting, and other vendor-related service requests
- Maintain departmental knowledgebase in Confluence, including SOPs and playbook documentation
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on vendor performance and metrics for management review
- Provide support for project prioritization based on KPIs, schedules, and resources
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in operations management for technology-related organizations
- Experience in project management and Agile delivery models
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and assess vendor performance to make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience collaborating with technology teams, corporate business units, finance, sourcing, and senior leadership
- Proficiency in creating documentation, reports, and maintaining vendor records
