About the role

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for operating systems
  • Configure and maintain networks and printers
  • Manage and support software and mobile devices
  • Monitor servers and web services remotely
  • Perform backup and restoration procedures

Requirements

  • Support and configuration of operating systems: Windows, macOS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Configuration and maintenance of networks, routers, local and networked printers.
  • Installation and management of software, antivirus solutions and licenses.
  • Support for mobile devices and corporate applications.
  • Use of remote access tools.
  • Experience with IT procurement, supplies and approvals (a plus).
  • Participation in IT infrastructure project deployments (a plus).
  • Certifications in the field, especially Microsoft (MCSA, MS-900, etc.) (a plus).
