• Scoping digital projects including websites, microsites, enterprise builds, apps, e-commerce platforms and consumer promotions
• Working closely with Technical Leads, Developers, QA and Analysts to define assumptions, technical requirements, effort estimates and implementation plans
• Leading cross-functional delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution across UX, UI, design, content, engineering and QA
• Managing sprints, production schedules, dependencies, backlog refinement and release planning
• Collaborating with Experience Designers to translate journeys, flows and prototypes into build-ready outputs
