About the role

  • Managing individual work assignments and driving project-level results by taking timely action and being proactive
  • Developing collaborative project plans, executing tasks, and mapping comprehensive process workflows effectively and efficiently.
  • Analyzing existing processes to identify and recommend opportunities for greater efficiency
  • Creating and distributing detailed project documentation, such as status updates, milestones, meeting minutes, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams across global regions and time zones to support consistent program delivery

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant program or project management experience in a global organization
  • Be able to collaborate across many different organizations (including IT, Marketing and Sales)
  • Deliver project outcomes, initiate prompt actions, and maintain a proactive approach
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, take initiative, remain proactive, and ensure consistent follow-through with a high sense of responsibility
  • Have excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Have experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Smart sheets, Miro, Confluence and Google Productivity Tools
