About the role
- Manage multiple complex projects and guide multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver against key business goals
- Lead the cross-functional alignment of the entire product lifecycle
- Building key initiatives across Wizards core team and cross-functional environments towards annual Idea jams and implementation
- Building marketing and innovation events across the company for generation of Ideas
- Performing detailed analysis of Program feasibility, success criteria, impact and resources
- Working with stakeholders to plan activities, identify and manage dependencies and ensure communication for high visibility programs
Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in a program management role
- Demonstrate experience in program or project management in a cross functional and technical team
- Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Be able to influence and motivate others with a perseverance to handle stimulating business situations
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence through sound judgement, solid decision making and contingency planning
