About the role
- Managing and retaining revenue for a territory's install base of accounts in North America.
- Owning complete end-to-end Sales cycle. Involving in Pre-sales, Consulting and Account Management
- Managing the implementation of services and ensuring 100% utilization of contracted services.
- Creating and delivering reports detailing usage, professional services delivered, new platform components, and next steps
- Growing the existing revenue base by at least 25% by generating demand
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Have experience in managing revenue for a territory's install base of accounts in North America
- Have experience in Pre-sales, Consulting and Account Management
- Have experience in supporting the sale of professional services engagements.
- Have International Market exposure
