About the role
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in area of specialty
- Identifying and implementing process and efficiency improvements in favor of change safety
- Improving tools, alerts, documentations, and procedures in favor of change safety
- Maintaining positive relationships across the teams
- Collaborating with our global Change Safety Deployment team to maintain consistent workflows across the group
Requirements
- 3 + years relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant related technical field
- Experience of administering, monitoring and resolving issues in a high availability platform environment
- Experience of Linux/Unix system and good knowledge of SQL and Scripting languages
- Experience in network technologies and internet protocols such as TCP/IP, WAN and DNS
- Team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication and written skills to articulate technical information to internal teams and customers.
