About the role
- Create and maximize revenue generation within Akamai's most important technology customers
- Grow the relationships with additional Akamai high value solutions
- Strengthen relationships at all levels of customers, including the executive staff
- Take ownership of revenue plan to grow existing customer base through identifying and selling additional services
- Be the senior central point of contact for customer and lead the integrated account team to deliver customer success
- Champion and maintain a trusted relationship at the executive level
Requirements
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Technical discipline or its equivalent
- experience selling enterprise-class technology software
- demonstrated experience selling into strategic accounts
- ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- ability to uncover new growth opportunities through executive customer relationships
