About the role

  • Create and maximize revenue generation within Akamai's most important technology customers
  • Grow the relationships with additional Akamai high value solutions
  • Strengthen relationships at all levels of customers, including the executive staff
  • Take ownership of revenue plan to grow existing customer base through identifying and selling additional services
  • Be the senior central point of contact for customer and lead the integrated account team to deliver customer success
  • Champion and maintain a trusted relationship at the executive level

Requirements

  • 12 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Technical discipline or its equivalent
  • experience selling enterprise-class technology software
  • demonstrated experience selling into strategic accounts
  • ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • ability to uncover new growth opportunities through executive customer relationships
