About the role
- Own the end-to-end logistics process for time-critical shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal teams to deliver on customer promises
- Drive solutions for urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations
- Navigate customs, export controls, and compliance
- Keep accurate records and ensure nothing gets missed
- Ensure critical aircraft parts reach customers around the world on time
Requirements
- Solid experience in logistics (managing shipments, problem-solving)
- Aviation or aerospace background preferred
- Experience handling aircraft parts or AOG logistics desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of freight networks and ability to deliver under pressure
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Ability to navigate customs, export controls, and compliance
