Sales Development Rep

• Generate awareness and spark interest in Airspeed through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to potential customers
• Set up discovery and qualification calls for Account Executives
• Consistently meet or surpass daily activity targets of 70–100 activities per day
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of enterprise accounts with a tailored engagement strategy
• Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and customize outreach
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and maximize pipeline generation
• Become a power user of Airspeed’s platform to communicate its value proposition
• Share feedback to enhance SDR processes, tools, and enablement programs
• Champion a collaborative culture by sharing best practices and uplifting team performance

• Design and run demand-generation campaigns end-to-end across paid and organic channels, with demo requests as the primary call to action
• Own Airspeed's digital surface and online presence across LinkedIn, the website, and community platforms
• Rebuild and optimize the website using Claude Code and Figma
• Drive technical, on-page, and content SEO, fixing cannibalization and building a content engine
• Lead AEO/GEO strategy to improve Airspeed's visibility in AI answers and build strategic partner backlinks
• Manage and allocate paid budgets across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and Meta
• Build landing pages, marketing assets, and ad copy directly using Claude Code
• Establish funnel measurement and dashboards, reporting weekly on pipeline contribution in revenue meetings
• Collaborate with Product to turn the roadmap into marketing assets, how-to guides, and category thought leadership
• Connect Product, Sales, and Marketing through regular retrospectives and demand-generation alignment
