Customer Success Manager

• AIRS has demonstrated unparalleled deep learning technology in MR image reconstruction, winning 2019 and 2020 fastMRI Challenge. SwiftMR enables up to 50% MRI scan time reduction without compromising image quality and has been commercialized in Korea and the US. With CE mark under new EU MDR, it is expanding into Europe.
• Seeking a Customer Success Manager for EMEA to foster long-term client relationships and ensure maximum value from SwiftMR; role blends technical expertise with relationship management for onboarding, system integration, and support.
• Responsibilities: Implement product installations, optimize MRI scan parameters, network setups, provide training and support, address customer inquiries, train channel partners, collaborate with Sales and Business Development, coordinate with Product Operations HQ in Seoul.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product usage and MR image quality
• Train channel partners on product installation and MR scan parameter setups
• Collaborate with regional Sales and Business Development teams on sales strategies and priorities
• Coordinate with Product Operations team in Seoul HQ regarding training, rollout timelines, and customer feedback
