About the role

  • AIRS Medical Inc., medical AI startup founded in 2018 in Seoul building products to improve patient experience and institutional efficiency
  • SwiftMR technology enables up to 50% MRI scan time reduction and has CE mark for EU MDR, commercialized in Korea and the US
  • Role: Customer Success Manager to strengthen presence in Germany and drive business value through SwiftMR
  • Implement product installations at new customer sites, focusing on MRI scan parameter optimization and network setups
  • Provide training and support to customers to ensure optimal use of SwiftMR
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product usage and MR image quality
  • Train channel partners on product installation and MR scan parameter setups
  • Collaborate with regional Sales and Business Development teams on sales strategies and priorities
  • Coordinate with Product Operations team in Seoul HQ regarding training, rollout timelines, and customer feedback

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical imaging or customer success roles
  • Strong knowledge of MRI technology and workflow
  • Hands-on experience of working on MRI sequence optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to travel across Germany and Spain
  • Preferred: Experience as an MRI technologist or within the radiology field
  • Preferred: Familiarity with working in a start-up or fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
