About the role

  • You'll design, build, and maintain the automated systems that power our entire talent acquisition function.
  • You operate at the unique intersection of sourcing, operations, and engineering.
  • Build automated sourcing bots using Clay, Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or whatever works best.
  • Build automated monitoring of competitor LinkedIn pages, job boards, and news sources with alert systems.
  • Build an automated system that maps all employee LinkedIn connections.
  • Build automated prep packets for interviewers and prep emails for candidates.
  • Build a compelling careers site with realistic job previews and SEO strategy driving organic traffic.
  • Build automated data quality checks and exception reports.

Requirements

  • You can whiteboard how would you implement all of these projects above
  • You started vibe coding a solution as soon as you finished reading the projects
  • You have felt the pain of building point solutions that don't tie together and claim to never make that mistake again
  • User-centered design is the only way you approach work
  • 1+ year as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter
  • 9-5 is a fallacy
