About the role
- Assisting the HR department with a variety of tasks
- Conducting research, planning and organizing events.
- Managing data and records and providing administrative support
- Completing assignments/special projects as assigned by HR team members
- Updating HRIS and other systems with new employee information
- Completing new hire paperwork audit and other identified compliance tasks
- Participating in employee engagement committee and activities
- Screening resumes and conducting candidate phone screens with recruitment team support
- Preparing HR-related reports as needed.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- An interest and aptitude to work in Human Resources
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently
- Strong data entry skills in entering information in tracking systems/databases preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft platform required, Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Actively pursuing bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
