About the role

  • Assisting the HR department with a variety of tasks
  • Conducting research, planning and organizing events.
  • Managing data and records and providing administrative support
  • Completing assignments/special projects as assigned by HR team members
  • Updating HRIS and other systems with new employee information
  • Completing new hire paperwork audit and other identified compliance tasks
  • Participating in employee engagement committee and activities
  • Screening resumes and conducting candidate phone screens with recruitment team support
  • Preparing HR-related reports as needed.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • An interest and aptitude to work in Human Resources
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently
  • Strong data entry skills in entering information in tracking systems/databases preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft platform required, Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
  • Actively pursuing bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
