Develop tactics (campaigns, content, enablement) that dramatize pain-to-solution arc.
Partner with Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to translate messaging into campaigns, web copy, and sales enablement.
Develop product-led content for social, blog, email to attract prospects.
Partner with analytics to measure performance of product marketing campaigns.
Identify and test 2 new scalable PMM formats or franchises.
Deliver education pillar content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, explainer content) to drive meetings.
Partner with Sales/RevOps to create enablement toolkits (battlecards, ROI calculators, sales tools and collateral).
Drive expansion conversations via marketing and lifecycle experiments.
Partner with growth product to execute growth tests on key portions of the customer journey and apply learnings.
Requirements
8-10+ years of marketing experience—with majority in a product marketing capacity—in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (ideally in SaaS or technology-driven industries).
Proven track record of product launches: Demonstrated success leading major product launches, market entry strategies, or go-to-market pivots that drove significant business impact.
Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to influence product roadmaps, enable sales teams, and coordinate complex go-to-market initiatives across multiple departments.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Work in public, own problems end-to-end, move with intentional speed.
