About the role

  • Own end-to-end narrative of how Air creates value for creative teams—turn product differentiators into market-moving stories.
  • Sharpen Air’s positioning and build a repeatable messaging framework adopted by internal and external teams.
  • Operationalize product narratives highlighting differentiators (visual-first, conversational powered search, review and approvals workflows) and reframe the status quo.
  • Develop tactics (campaigns, content, enablement) that dramatize pain-to-solution arc.
  • Partner with Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to translate messaging into campaigns, web copy, and sales enablement.
  • Develop product-led content for social, blog, email to attract prospects.
  • Partner with analytics to measure performance of product marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and test 2 new scalable PMM formats or franchises.
  • Deliver education pillar content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, explainer content) to drive meetings.
  • Partner with Sales/RevOps to create enablement toolkits (battlecards, ROI calculators, sales tools and collateral).
  • Drive expansion conversations via marketing and lifecycle experiments.
  • Partner with growth product to execute growth tests on key portions of the customer journey and apply learnings.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience—with majority in a product marketing capacity—in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (ideally in SaaS or technology-driven industries).
  • Proven track record of product launches: Demonstrated success leading major product launches, market entry strategies, or go-to-market pivots that drove significant business impact.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to influence product roadmaps, enable sales teams, and coordinate complex go-to-market initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Work in public, own problems end-to-end, move with intentional speed.
