About the role
- Own operational and financial performance across your region, ensuring parking facilities run smoothly, look great, and maximize revenue potential.
- Design repeatable processes, manage third-party vendors, and develop pricing and enforcement strategies.
- Balance site visits, vendor negotiations, and revenue optimization models; proactively solve problems and manage competing priorities.
- Lead and manage the enforcement fleet (Space Force) and run experiments to maximize enforcement efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and iterate on dynamic pricing strategies; evaluate market trends and competitor rates; build and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partner Success, and regional leadership to align strategies and deliver results for property owners.
- Travel ~6 weeks/year for company offsites, new location launches, and onboarding; travel 20%+ for site visits.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations (ideally at another start up or company with a similar regional operations model (e.g. DoorDash, Uber, etc), banking, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Process and systems driven: designs, documents, and enforces SOPs; builds repeatable playbooks; instruments workflows and iterates for quality and speed.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to use data to inform strategy, identify trends, and optimize performance including user-level analysis and segmentation
- Willingness to travel across the region for site visits and vendor meetings (20%+ Travel).
- Ability to work US time zones (implied by hiring anywhere within North America and travel requirements).
