About the Role: We are looking for an outstanding Senior Solutions Engineer to join our GTM team in North America. You are going to be our very first Solutions Engineer that has a primary focus on supporting our customer success function, working alongside the team and our biggest customers.

• About the team: As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with our customers to identify, investigate, escalate and advise them on their questions and concerns. Day to day, your interactions with our customers directly impact their ability to run their teams efficiently. In doing so, you’re a key player in growing Aircall. You’ll work closely with our global support team to efficiently identify, solve, escalate and advise our customers on their questions and concerns.
• Hours for this role will be Monday - Friday 9-6 PM EST.

Customer Support Specialist

Frontend Engineer

• Aircall: integrated customer communications and intelligence platform used by 20,000+ companies
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance cloud-based solutions for the Integrations team
• Work across the full software development lifecycle: architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and operation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge
• Participate in requirements analysis and product/platform performance optimization and live site monitoring
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliability
• Keep security best practices at the forefront of all work

Software Engineer, Integrations and AI

Full-stack Engineer

• Duties: Works closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and optimize scalable solutions that focus on customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Utilizes a data-driven approach to inform decision-making, identify areas of opportunity and measure the impact of initiatives.
• Understand the business context and problems holistically, zooming into specific problems to solve them considering the whole picture.
• Leads projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and fostering a culture of innovation via operational excellence.
• Builds new products and features from conception to launch, starting from an MVP and thinking in increments instead of striving for perfection from day one.
• Ensures the adoption of best practices in software development, security and technology infrastructure.
