About the Role: We are looking for an outstanding Senior Solutions Engineer to join our GTM team in North America. You are going to be our very first Solutions Engineer that has a primary focus on supporting our customer success function, working alongside the team and our biggest customers.

You already have at least two years of previous experience in one of these roles: Solutions/Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect/Technical Account Manager You have worked multiple years with post-sales teams in the software/Saas industry. Having work experience with a platform that sells multiple products is a plus You are thrilled by understanding customer needs in all stages of the sales cycle and you love going into the nitty gritty details of their use cases. You are curious but always critical. Understanding why is what drives your daily conversations and you are ready to challenge people's thinking in a positive way. You live in the nexus between business, sales, and technology. You know the basics of at least one programming language (e.g. Javascript, Ruby, Go, Python, etc.) and understand the concepts of web servers, APIs/Webhooks and databases. You have a proven track record of managing complex projects and several stakeholders with different backgrounds (you can convince the Head of Sales and also talk tech with the PM) You are fluent in English, and Spanish and/or French language skills are a plus
