About the role
- Working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers during the sales process
- Providing technical product expertise especially integration
- Setting up POC together with your clients providing technical expertise also in the pre-sales activities
- A product roadmap champion internally and externally with our Revenue teams
- Building internal documentation on how to build these workflows
- Contribute to the developer platform with materials, solutions, and services
Requirements
- You are thrilled by understanding customer needs in all stages of the sales cycle
- You are curious but always critical
- You live in the nexus between business, sales, and technology
- You know the basics of at least one programming language (e.g. Javascript, Ruby, Go, Python, etc.)
- No Solutions Engineering experience needed
- Enthusiasm, fun and smile
