About the role
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new monday.com Solutions Partners, AI Implementers, & Ecommerce Agencies that align with our strategic objectives and target markets.
- Develop and implement effective partner onboarding programs to ensure rapid ramp-up and productivity.
- Educate partners on Aircall's products, services, value proposition, and sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop joint action plans.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve mutually agreed-upon revenue targets.
- Provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and support to partners, including product updates, competitive intelligence, and sales collateral.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities with partners.
- Track and report on partner performance metrics, including pipeline, closed deals, and revenue attribution.
- Accurately forecast partner sales and contribute to overall company revenue projections.
- Provide regular reports on partner performance, activities, and market insights to management.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the channel partner program, including policies, incentives, and marketing initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to support partner needs and program enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in channel management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience, ideally in a Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management roles
- You have a Sales mindset, always looking for the next business opportunity.
- You have a strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident communicator, fluent in English
