About the role
- Working closely with local sales directors, AEs, and AMs during sales process
- Providing technical product expertise
- Helping design and lead Proof of Concept (POC) to showcase Aircall
- Mapping customers' processes and tools to connect Aircall with their systems
- Setting up POCs with clients providing technical expertise
- Championing internal and external product roadmap conversations
- Building internal documentation on workflows for technical expertise empowerment
Requirements
- Thrilled by understanding customer needs in all stages of the sales cycle
- Curious but critical, ready to challenge thinking positively
- Know the basics of at least one programming language (e.g. Javascript, Ruby)
- Proven track record managing complex projects
- Previous expertise as a Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer or technical questions go-to person
- German & English native; French is a plus!
