About the role
- Provide dedicated, high-level HR support across dual locations
- Support the HR Business Partners in harmonising practices
- Deliver comprehensive, professional HR support across the entire employee lifecycle
- Ensure all processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with company policy
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting or managing a range of employee relations cases (e.g., disciplinaries, grievances, absence).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the proven ability to build credibility and trust at all organisational levels.
- Highly proficient in using data to maintain records and report on HR metrics (e.g., Workday)
