About the role

  • Integrate, verify and maintain maritime surveillance systems based on the STYRIS® product.
  • Define verification methods for system requirements.
  • Contribute to the Integration, Verification and Validation (IVV) strategy according to project constraints.
  • Maintain the factory platform.
  • Configure network equipment.
  • Adapt the STYRIS® software to project requirements.
  • Define and implement the operational configuration for projects.
  • Define procedures for automatic installation on target hardware.
  • Implement patches to correct bugs.
  • Execute Verification and Validation tests against internal and project requirements.
  • Track and manage bug fixes and requested enhancements.
  • Participate in the installation, deployment and commissioning of the system on site.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, or installation, maintenance and deployment.
  • Linux administration (deployment tools, Puppet or similar).
  • Windows administration.
  • Linux scripting languages (Ruby or similar, Python, Bash).
  • Network configuration (switches, routers, firewalls, VPN).
  • Test management tools (TestLink, Quality Center).
  • Bug tracking tools (Jira, etc.).
  • Monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, etc.).
  • Proficiency with complex data exchange systems.
  • Software configuration management tools (Git, SVN).
  • Virtualization solutions (VMware, Xen, Proxmox).
  • Containerization solutions (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity.
  • Databases (Cassandra, Postgres, etc.).
  • Fluent in French and advanced in English (spoken and written).
