About the role
- Support to one or more of the new Wing programmes, focused on industrial readiness for the launch and ramp-up of our future programmes
- Support Value Stream Analysis and Mapping for a new industrial set-up before the programme launch
- Support rate capacity analysis using concepts such as Takt Time, Cycle Time, Lead Time, OEE, saturation, etc.
- Support the maturation of a new Industrial Ramp-up Simulation tool by reflecting the industrial set-up in the tool and analyzing the simulation results
- Support Lean Line Design deployment: applying lean principles, concepts and methodology for an industrialization phase
- Support for Industrial Performance Assessments
- Supports potential Digital Tools Deployment under Digital Factory Scope (i.e. Virtual Reality for Industrialization, 3DExperience, Digital Twins)
- Develop your leadership skills by having the opportunity to negotiate and influence stakeholders to gain buy-in and make decisions
- Develop your project management skills by supporting project planning, risk management, progress control and reporting
Requirements
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of Composite manufacturing processes
- Experience of composite manufacturing in an industrial environment
- Desire to work in a technical team environment, interfacing with engineering and the plants
- A strong interest in challenging and developing yourself
- Interest in finding creative solutions to complex problems
- Able to make decisions based on evidence
- The desire to work in an open and trusting environment
- Experience working with suppliers or research partners (Strategic Plus)
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing (Strategic Plus)
- Background in Industry 4.0 (Strategic Plus)
