About the role

  • Support to one or more of the new Wing programmes, focused on industrial readiness for the launch and ramp-up of our future programmes
  • Support Value Stream Analysis and Mapping for a new industrial set-up before the programme launch
  • Support rate capacity analysis using concepts such as Takt Time, Cycle Time, Lead Time, OEE, saturation, etc.
  • Support the maturation of a new Industrial Ramp-up Simulation tool by reflecting the industrial set-up in the tool and analyzing the simulation results
  • Support Lean Line Design deployment: applying lean principles, concepts and methodology for an industrialization phase
  • Support for Industrial Performance Assessments
  • Supports potential Digital Tools Deployment under Digital Factory Scope (i.e. Virtual Reality for Industrialization, 3DExperience, Digital Twins)
  • Develop your leadership skills by having the opportunity to negotiate and influence stakeholders to gain buy-in and make decisions
  • Develop your project management skills by supporting project planning, risk management, progress control and reporting

Requirements

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of Composite manufacturing processes
  • Experience of composite manufacturing in an industrial environment
  • Desire to work in a technical team environment, interfacing with engineering and the plants
  • A strong interest in challenging and developing yourself
  • Interest in finding creative solutions to complex problems
  • Able to make decisions based on evidence
  • The desire to work in an open and trusting environment
  • Experience working with suppliers or research partners (Strategic Plus)
  • Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing (Strategic Plus)
  • Background in Industry 4.0 (Strategic Plus)
