Requirements
You hold an engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level).
You have significant experience in project management and team leadership.
You have strong experience in Industrial Risk Studies (regulatory dossiers, risk analysis, hazard studies, impact assessments, modeling of hazardous phenomena, etc.).
You have experience in recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining talent.

You have strong mediation skills and act as a model for coordination.
You are curious and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
