About the role
- Define and manage project strategy within the assigned scope: act as the liaison between Airbus Protect and its clients.
- Identify and understand clients' needs and requirements. Propose tailored support solutions and prepare technical and financial proposals.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts while considering our market positioning.
- Oversee project delivery across technical, schedule, quality and financial dimensions.
- Manage technical execution activities (implementation, monitoring, technical expertise, decision-making, prioritization, etc.).
- Ensure rigorous tracking of activities internally and with the client.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Prepare analytical and qualitative reports for internal stakeholders (KPIs).
- Identify risks and opportunities and drive the associated action plans.
- Coordinate teams and manage workload/capacity across the project portfolio. Engage, develop and motivate employees by fostering synergies and breaking down silos.
- Ensure skills development and manage career progression for your team.
- Ensure a healthy work environment within the assigned scope (moodometer, risk and opportunity management…).
Requirements
- You hold an engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level).
- You have significant experience in project management and team leadership.
- You have strong experience in Industrial Risk Studies (regulatory dossiers, risk analysis, hazard studies, impact assessments, modeling of hazardous phenomena, etc.).
- You have experience in recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining talent.
- Those around you describe you as open-minded and dynamic.
- You have strong mediation skills and act as a model for coordination.
- You are curious and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
