About the role

  • Support incoming conversations and oversee escalations of complex issues
  • Ensure customers feel they are in good hands in every aspect
  • Support team with tool maintenance and learn about customer engagement
  • Maintain address errors, cancellations and refunds due to out of stock situations
  • Support and assist the 1st level agents
  • Help out with social media team and communicate with customers there

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled as a student
  • You speak German and very good English, other languages on top are welcome
  • You enjoy working in a team and bring a high degree of personal responsibility and motivation
  • You are available to work, ideally 16-20 hrs/week
  • You make every customer feel like a royalty
  • You are empathic and enjoy communicating with customers and partners and are always friendly
