About the role
- Support incoming conversations and oversee escalations of complex issues
- Ensure customers feel they are in good hands in every aspect
- Support team with tool maintenance and learn about customer engagement
- Maintain address errors, cancellations and refunds due to out of stock situations
- Support and assist the 1st level agents
- Help out with social media team and communicate with customers there
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled as a student
- You speak German and very good English, other languages on top are welcome
- You enjoy working in a team and bring a high degree of personal responsibility and motivation
- You are available to work, ideally 16-20 hrs/week
- You make every customer feel like a royalty
- You are empathic and enjoy communicating with customers and partners and are always friendly
