Business Development Rep

• Support high-impact initiatives to scale our offline retail presence.
• Actively support the onboarding of new European retail partners side by side with the Key Account Manager and Sales Coordinators.
• Work with the Sales Coordinator to maintain and update key sales data (sell-in, sell-out, promotion performance, distribution KPIs) across all markets and retailers.
• Support day-to-day operations, help prepare client meetings and strategy presentations, and assist in planning and executing major retail events.

• Take full ownership of the performance of our France & BeNeLux accounts, ensuring that financial targets for sales, revenue, and margin are achieved.
• Develop and implement tailored & holistic joint-business plans - fully aligned with company objectives.
• Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with major France & BeNeLux retailers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and sustainable growth.
• Gain and successfully onboard new strategic retail partners in line with our international growth strategy.
• Partner closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Trade Marketing) to deliver seamless execution.
• Provide actionable insights on France & BeNeLux consumer and retail trends to help shape commercial strategies and inform future planning.
• Drive efficiencies and improvements across processes and ensure excellence in forecasting, promo reviews and performance reporting.
• Work alongside a high-performing team, sharing best practices, and striving for collective success.

• End-to-end photo & video production (Reels/Carousel Posts, IG Story), strategic thinking, and trend-spotting.
• Plan and create reels, stories & stills that actually hit, from idea to final cut.
• Design visuals and carousels in Canva or similar tools to keep our feed fresh.
• Be part of the brand face, show up on camera, bring your vibe.
• Develop formats that fit the air up world.
• Spot trends before they trend: visuals, concepts.
• Team up with Social, Creative, Brand, PR & Creator teams.

Product Designer

• Design end-to-end D2C experiences for our webshop with a strong focus on UI, layout, and product storytelling
• Create high-quality, pixel-perfect UI and contribute to a scalable design system
• Support UX discovery and experimentation through wireframes, concepts, and A/B test variants
• Shape and evolve key product experiences such as flavour journeys, product comparison flows, and product storytelling pages
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and Brand to bring ideas from concept to live
• Integrate new imagery, renders, and campaign visuals into product experiences in alignment with brand standards
• Maintain and evolve design system components, patterns, and icon library across the webshop
• Participate in design critiques, reviews, and knowledge sharing to strengthen the team’s design culture
