Influencer Marketing

• Developing highly effective local content creator marketing campaigns that are aligned to our overall marketing and content strategy.
• Identifying relevant creators for long-term brand partnerships.
• Developing and managing relationships with creators, influencers and agencies.
• Sharing responsibility for the monthly planning and management of a six-digit budget covering the IT region.
• Taking full ownership of budget and creator campaigns, covering the ideation of creative concepts, creator negotiations, contracting, day-to-day communication, content reviews, performance analysis and campaign reporting.
• Monitoring, reporting & analyzing campaigns on a monthly basis and maximizing campaigns based on insights.

• Collaboration: You will work with data analysts, software development engineers as well as partners throughout the organization to create data products for internal as well as external use.
• Software Engineering: You will build and operate data products and pipelines. Trunk based as well as test driven development (TDD), monorepo, continuous integration/continuous delivery are practices we use to build and deploy software. We often work in pairs (pair programming) to share knowledge and ensure high quality. We encourage and experiment with using AI to make us more productive.
• Architecture: You will use modern data engineering tools and services, while making sure our data architecture works hand in hand with surrounding tools and services.
• Operation/Monitoring: You will leverage our observability tools (e.g. Datadog, PagerDuty) to proactively detect data quality problems in our data pipelines.
