About the role
- Identify and win new business opportunities within Air Products' micro-bulk product offerings
- Identify and engage target prospects, communicating both commercial and technical proposals
- Develop pricing strategies, contracts, and commercial proposals to secure new business
- Collaborate with the engineering team to craft technical proposals and ensure solution meets customer needs
- Prospect for potential customers in the field (encouraged 4 days per week)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales is highly desirable
- High level of curiosity about learning and developing
- Good communicator
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and coworkers
- Eager / motivated to win
