About the role
- Conduct timely, objective, and thorough internal investigations
- Maintain a complex and highly sensitive caseload
- Present investigation findings to HRBPs and Leaders
- Execute post-investigation activities
- Provide effective service, support, consultation, and resolution of complex ER inquiries and issues
- Facilitate tracking of all investigation metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Labor/Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business, Political Science, Economics, or Juris Doctor
- 8-10 years of hands-on employee relations, human resources and workplace investigations experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
