About the role
- Lead the business development and operations in their area pertaining to Home Healthcare business including, but not limited to, respiratory and sleep apnea businesses.
- Ensure area operations are in full compliance with both internal and external regulations and safety requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth across branches, focusing on increasing market share, enhancing profitability, and optimizing branch performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts to expand respiratory services and patient base.
- Accountable for achieving the territory’s financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Oxygen and Sleep businesses.
- Expand the B2B sales model by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other industry partners to grow the customer base and referral network.
- Lead and manage a team of employees across multiple branches, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment by mentoring and developing staff, addressing performance, and promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience with supervision of employees in a business or clinical setting.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on financial performance.
- Relationship building and B2B sales expertise.
- Customer-focused with an emphasis on driving referral marketing.
- Experience in a role that has financial accountability and managing P&L.
- Valid Driver’s License.
