About the role
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Collaborate on developing business markets
- Listen actively to customers to advise them on products, prices, and availability
- Answer technical questions
- Receive and process customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc)
- Organize the display of products in the store
Requirements
- More than 1 year in a retail/industrial sales environment
- Good knowledge of computer systems and google suite
- Secondary diploma
- A positive attitude and customer service focus
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and roll cylinders when needed.
- Knowledge of welding processes and products is a big asset
