About the role

  • Provide technical product guidance to customers, installers, and dealers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with product selection, troubleshooting, and installation questions using a strong technical aptitude.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience with clear communication, professionalism, and call‑control skills.
  • Support inside sales functions including quoting, order entry, cross‑selling, and product recommendations.
  • Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on quotes, dealer inquiries, or promotional campaigns.
  • Assist Outside Sales Managers with territory needs, dealer follow‑ups, and pre‑call planning.
  • Analyze customer service and sales metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, CRM, or BI tools) to support territory performance tracking, customer segmentation, and forecasting.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop data-driven insights that support strategic planning.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and identify emerging needs or product issues.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, data analytics, or a hybrid role
  • Strong technical aptitude, ideally with automotive aftermarket, performance parts, mechanical, or suspension knowledge
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, formatting)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, SUGAR or similar)
  • Competent in, Outlook, ERP systems, and multi‑screen navigation
  • Excellent communication skills, including comfort with high‑volume phone work.
