- Own the full outbound process — from first touch to booked demo.
- Build and scale lead generation across cold email and LinkedIn.
- Optimize lead funnels and landing pages for conversion.
- Manage every touchpoint with precision and consistency.
- Write and run cold email campaigns targeting DACH markets.
- Execute structured LinkedIn outreach to key decision-makers.
- Set up and improve lead funnels — no lead left behind.
- Collaborate on landing pages that convert.
- Coordinate follow-ups and prep demo calls for high close rates.
Requirements
- Native-level German.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B outbound or sales development experience.
- Strong copywriting instincts — clear, sharp, no fluff.
- Hands-on with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot or similar.
- Self-starter who builds structure, not just follows it.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City.
